Domestic Orders*
All individual greeting cards will be mailed via US Postal Service first class mail and the S&H surcharge is assessed at a rate of $0.75 per card due to the oversized shape, weight and additional postage required. Under special circumstances, the client may elect expedited shipping (overnight service) and will be charged accordingly with fees starting at $16.95.
International Orders*
For orders being shipped internationally, please note the following international shipping rates and delivery times:
Bulk orders will be shipped via the express mail service carrier of the client?s choice (i.e. USPS express mail, UPS Ground or Fed Ex) and the appropriate fee will be charged accordingly.
*Final shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and will depend upon the destination and chosen shipping method. Further, once your greeting keepsake(s) leaves our facility, we cannot be responsible for carrier service delays.

While it is our general policy to not accept returns due to the custom nature of our products, we certainly understand that there may on occasion be exceptions and these exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
